Senior Pastor

Pastor Troy Masterson has been privileged to serve as the Senior Pastor of Bible Baptist Church since December 2023.

Pastor Troy was brought up in a Christian home and accepted Christ as his Savior when he was a young teenager. He served in the youth ministry of BBC with his wife while working in law enforcement for the city of Bradenton. After deciding to serve the Lord in a more full-time vocational capacity, the Lord opened the door to go to Baltimore, Maryland, where he served as the youth pastor at Arlington Baptist Church under the leadership of Dr. Mark Campbell. This experience taught him many things and prepared him to step out by faith and serve as a Senior Pastor. His first Senior Pastorate opportunity came in Thompson, Connecticut where he served the wonderful people of Tri-State Baptist Church. There the Lord gave three years of fruitful and abundant ministry!

Pastor Troy and his wife Katie have three beautiful daughters (Millie, Addi, and Ellie), and they are blessed to serve the Lord together. This new chapter in life and ministry has allowed him to serve with his family back in his hometown, and he can’t wait to see the great things that the Lord has in store here along the Gulf Coast of Florida!
